The CARMEN RITUEL Rebalancing Cleansing Jelly by EUGENE PERMA Professionnel is the second step in the ritual. It has been specifically formulated to close hair scales and help rebalance the pH of the hair fiber following CARMEN RITUEL coloring. Concentrated in Organic Sacha Inchi Oil and Organic Jojoba Oil, it eliminates alkaline residues and gently cleanses the hair after colouring. This 3-step coloring ritual is concentrated in organic vegetable oils to take care of the scalp and hair*.

Continue the ritual with the last step for an unequaled result: apply the Perfecting Care Balm. Manufactured in France in our factory in Reims.

Rinse out the color then apply the rebalancing washing jelly. Distribute over the whole of the hair, lather. Leave on for 3 minutes, rinse then renew the operation if necessary.
