Eugène Perma Professionnel pushes the limits of oxidation coloring with CARMEN to provide colourists with an excellent tool that highlights their know-how.

CARMEN is the 1st oxidation* hair color to enhance reflections and shine thanks to the REFLECT MAGNETIC SYSTEM. Attracted by the keratin fibre, it attaches like a magnet to the hair to smooth the surface and form an envelope, which reflects light and amplifies color and shine. Its "Perfect Finish" action conditions and sublimates the hair by providing 3X more softness and 70% improvement in detangling.**

Use the Additives to neutralize hot reflections or reinforce cold reflections.

Additives are used with OXYCREM oxidants (10, 20 or 30 Volumes), specially designed to release all the color and care benefits.

Coloring Crème 1+1

The additives can be used alone or mixed with the other shades with a cold tendency from Carmen.

PREPARATION:
Alone or mixed (from 15 ml to 45 ml of Additive A + from 15 ml to 45 ml of Carmen shade) with 60 ml of Oxycrem 10, 20 or 30 Volumes.
OXYCREM oxidants are specially designed to release all the color and care benefits of Carmen coloring creams.

APPLICATION:
With a brush on dry, unwashed or slightly damp hair.

EXPOSURE TIME:
30 to 35 min. Can be halved under activator.

EMULSION/RINSE:
Emulsify carefully, rinse thoroughly then proceed with Equivital post-color shampoo.

Amplified reflections and extreme shine thanks to Reflect Magnetic System technology. This innovative combination of 2 quaternary ammoniums and an anti-free radical agent provides better color rendering and a better conditioning effect.
