The Volume Mousse artist(e) by Eugène Perma Professionnel is a volumizing mousse for fine, short to mid-length hair. It adds volume, curves and ensures long-lasting hold.

The mousse adds volume to the hair without leaving any residue.
Shake before use then spray on a comb. Apply 1 to 2 knobs of product to the hair then distribute using a comb over the entire hair. Style and blow-dry to add volume.
